Since 2008 that CHARIB® Management, Administration and Maintenance of Condominiums has been awarded by its quality of services concerning its own franchise. Below, you can see the awards given to CHARIB®.

The awards are related to TOP 10 in franchise and are organized by Negócios & Franchising magazine, IFF/IFE, with the support of ExpoFranchise and BES - Banco Espírito Santo and with partnership of Qualidade 21 and Vantyx Systems. It is an independent organization and its aim is to award labels that give the best support to its franchise chain.
